These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at anycontext.org and the applications and services provided by Anycontext LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AnyContext", "we", "us" or "our") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

Some apps may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Generate or share content that infringes the rights of others, or that is harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that exceeds reasonable use, or resell the Services without our permission.

4. Your content and AI output

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit ("Input"). You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to provide and improve the Services. Subject to these Terms, you may use the results generated for you ("Output").

AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for evaluating Output before relying on it, and it should not be treated as professional advice (for example, medical, legal or financial advice).

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another platform are subject to that platform's terms, including its billing, renewal and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your platform account settings before the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos and trademarks, are owned by AnyContext or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYCONTEXT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
