This Privacy Policy explains how Anycontext LLC ("AnyContext", "we", "us" or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses and shares information when you use our website at anycontext.org and our mobile, desktop and web applications (together, the "Services").

Individual apps may provide an additional, app-specific privacy notice. If so, that notice applies together with this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information such as your name, email address or sign-in identifier, if an app offers accounts.
Content you submit, such as text, images, audio or files you send to an app so that it can generate a result for you.
Communications, such as messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs and basic interaction events.
Purchase information. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google or another payment provider. We receive a confirmation of the transaction, but not your full payment card details.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate and maintain the Services, including processing your requests with AI models.
To improve reliability, performance and features of our apps.
To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Services.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you submit to train our own AI models without your consent.

3. AI processing and service providers

Some features send the content you submit to third-party AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers in order to generate a response. These providers process the data on our behalf, under contractual obligations, and only for the purpose of providing the Services. We may also use providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting and customer support.

4. How we share information

Service providers who help us operate the Services, as described above.
Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or AnyContext.
Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, including a request to delete your account, email us at privacy@anycontext.org. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure that your information receives appropriate protection wherever it is processed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
